The Open Records and Open Meetings Manuals do not reflect the changes that took effect on April 11, 2011, as a result of Senate Bill 2232.
The Open Record and Open Meeting Manuals are contained in two separate, searchable, pdf files. Both manuals also may be saved or printed.
In addition to providing detailed information about the state's "sunshine" laws, each manual also contains summaries of opinions and court decisions, an Index of Opinions, and links to view previously issued Attorney General Opinions. The Opinion summaries will be updated regularly.
