Holding Take Back Day in Your Community
Thank you for your interest in holding a Take Back Day to provide your community with a safe and secure way to dispose of unused prescription medications.
All Take Back events should be coordinated through your local law enforcement agency. In order to comply with federal laws, the local law enforcement agency will take responsibility for the collected drugs, including securing, logging and destroying them.
The local law enforcement agency should contact the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations regarding the event at (701) 328-5500.
